Pamela D. McKoin has more than 30 years of real estate experience in development, asset and portfolio management, and business development. She is a managing director at Barings, a global investment management firm with $300 billion in assets under management. She is responsible for consultant relations, marketing the firm’s investment services to pension fund clients and to consulting firms. McKoin previously worked at Spaulding & Slye Real Estate Developers, the City of New York’s Economic Development Corporation, and Clarion Partners, a top 20 global real estate investment management firm. She also ran her own firm, Mac Development Company. 

 McKoin earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate. Her community involvement includes serving on the Executive Committee of Reach Prep’s board, as an officer of the Board of Trustees of the Amistad Center for Art & Culture in Hartford, Connecticut, and on the Advisory Committee for the Urban League of Southern Connecticut. She serves as a member of the Alumni Relations Subcommittee and the Investment Subcommittee. 

 McKoin and her husband, Laurence C. “Larry” Morse P’15, have two children, including Stephan “Mac” ’15, and reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
