Jeffrey E. Kelter ’76, P’18

Jeffrey E. Kelter is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in real estate investing. He is a former senior partner and CEO of KTR Capital Partners, a private real estate investment, development, and operating company focused on the industrial property sector. Previously, Kelter was president and CEO of Keystone Property Trust, an industrial real estate investment trust; he founded the predecessor to Keystone in 1992. Kelter began his career at Bankers Trust Company. 

 Kelter, an urban studies major at Trinity, has been a trustee since 2010. He received the Alumni Medal for Excellence in 2011. Kelter and his wife, Jennifer Bancroft Kelter P’18, were added to the College’s Wall of Honor in 2013. He is the co-chair of the Comprehensive Campaign Subcommittee and a member of the Executive and Planning Committee, the Enrollment Subcommittee and Information Services and Facilities Subcommittee. 

 The Kelters have three children, including Katherine Bancroft Kelter ’18, and reside in Locust Valley, New York.
