Room Request/Space Reservation Information
Trinity College is pleased to offer our beautiful campus as a meeting destination for organizations from the greater Hartford area. Situated on 80-acres in Hartford’s Frog Hollow neighborhood, the College offers well-appointed meeting rooms for groups of 5 to 500 for a fee. Most spaces offer high-tech A/V capabilities, whiteboards or chalkboards, flexible seating arrangements, windows overlooking the campus and other amenities for an additional fee. Catering options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks, are available at additional cost and can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions.

Community and partner organizations wishing to host an event or program should contact Carlos Espinosa at 860-297-4277, for space requests. Other external groups please visit the Events Office webpage to discuss requirements and availability of space, fees, insurance, and to arrange a tour of the available facilities.
