The Center for Hartford Engagement and Research (CHER) maintains an online portal that connects Trinity students to volunteer opportunities in Hartford. Community organizations in need of volunteers can create a listing to advertise opportunities to students. Trinity students will be able to view the diverse array of events and activities happening, broadening their understanding of the city and inviting them to be active participants in moving Hartford forward.  

The campus is most active in the Fall and Spring semesters, but a portion of students do live on campus over the Summer.  

Please note that volunteers have choice in which opportunities they commit to. The Office of Community Relations is not responsible for securing these commitments.
