Please note that this program is meant to provide basic technology help – we are unable to assist with in-depth technology issues, hardware repairs, or specialized software instruction. Student workers are not able to repair equipment or troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Please bring any devices (with cables) that you have questions about. Also bring any relevant login information (e.g. usernames and passwords) for any accounts related to your questions. This is a drop in session and multiple people may show up. Staff may limit sessions to 15 minutes when demand is high. People will be helped on a fist come, first served basis. Staff are happy to provide scheduled one-on-one help by appointment. See a student worker for more information.
