ID Card Office Hours

The ID Card Office is located at the Library & IT Desk. There is no in-person photo taking. If you are new to the college and need your Trinity ID, or have turned 21 and want to replace the photo on your Trinity ID, please create a ticket. (You will upload a picture to this ticket and we will contact you when it’s ready for pick up.)

Loaner cards are also available. Please give us a call.

Special Hours Winter Break, December 17th – January 19th

  • Wednesday, December 17th: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 6:30 p.m.)
  • Thursday, December 18th – Tuesday, December 23rd: open weekdays 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 5:00 p.m.), CLOSED WEEKENDS
  • Wednesday, December 24th – Sunday, January 4th: CLOSED
  • Monday, January 5th – Friday, January 16th: open weekdays 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 5:00 p.m.), CLOSED WEEKENDS
  • Saturday, January 17th: 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 18th: 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, January 19th: no ID card service, loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 5:00 p.m.

Regular Semester Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 8:00 p.m.)
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 5:00 p.m.)
  • Saturday: CLOSED (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk noon–3:00 p.m.)
  • Sunday: CLOSED (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk noon–8:00 p.m.)

Summer Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (loaner cards available at the Library & IT Desk until 5:00 p.m.)
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
  • Saturday–Sunday: CLOSED
