The Student Accounts Office maintains a single account for each student to which all charges for tuition, fees, room and meal plans are applied. Our office is responsible for collecting and processing payments, issuing refunds, financial aid disbursements, parent loans, study away payments and any other electronic fees, payments or credits. Students can view their current account activity and access prior billing statements on Nelnet Campus Commerce system at all times.  A Statement of Accounts is issued electronically on the Nelnet Campus Commerce system in July for the Fall term and  November for Spring term.
