Sonia Cardenas is Dean of the Faculty and Vice President for Academic Affairs. As chief academic officer, she leads strategic innovation across educational initiatives and partnerships at Trinity College. |

Dania Field works closely with senior leadership as the Director of Strategic Projects, to help manage staff needs and ensure implementation of key initiatives. |

Joseph Catrino is Trinity’s Executive Director of Career and Life Design and serves on the OSII team to connect our initiatives to students’ careers. |

Evan Field, Innovation Center Manager and Austin Arts Design Associate, serves as the on-site representative of the Trinity Innovation Center as well as coordinates the planning, logistics and support for all Innovation initiatives. |

Bill is trained as an engineer and teaches at Stanford’s d. School, where he offers executive training and coaching in design thinking. He also teaches product design and development at Boston University’s Business School and has extensive corporate experience designing innovation. |
Holly O’DriscollInnovation and Design Thinking Fellow |
Holly is an industry expert in design thinking and leads Rutgers University’s design thinking program for executive education. She is the founder and CEO of Ampersand Innovation. |
Jacques Lagasse ’71Business Analysis Expert-in-Residence |
Jacques is President of the Chilkat Group and has extensive experience teaching business analysis and project management; he has also held leadership positions in IT. He has a B.S. and M.S. from Trinity College, as well as an M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Connecticut. |
