QUICK FACTS: 3.0 GPA in language and major courses required, overall 2.67 GPA requirement. Completion of 2nd year French, plus one content course required. Students sign a language pledge for the semester, courses are taught in French at the Middlebury Study Center and the Université Catholique d’Afrique Centrale.
GHANA

QUICK FACTS: 2.5 GPA required, no language pre-requisite, college-level African studies courses recommended. Courses taught in English at the University of Ghana with other international students, with some optional CIEE courses taught at the Center. Internship and research opportunities available.

Human Rights in Urban South Africa
QUICK FACTS: 2.5 GPA required, no language pre-requisite. The program includes a Trinity seminar on Imagining South Africa, an Internship with a community-based human rights organization, and courses at the University of Western Cape (UWC). Offered through a partnership with WorldStrides. Open to Trinity students only at this time.
TANZANIA
