Welcome to the Student Accounts and Loans section!

The Student Accounts and Loans Office maintains a single account for each student to which all charges for tuition, fees, room, meal plans, financial aid, payments, and some miscellaneous charges may be applied. Student Accounts and Loans is responsible for collecting and processing payments, issuing refunds, financial aid disbursements, parent loans, study away payments and any other electronic fees, payments or credits. Students can view their current account activity and access prior billing statements on Nelnet Campus Commerce system at all times.  A Statement of Account is issued electronically on the Nelnet Campus Commerce system in July for the Fall term and November for the Spring term.

Form 1098T Information

Form 1098T (Tuition Statement) for 2025 tax year will be available to students through their TC online student portal under Self Service on 1/31/26. For students who opt out of electronic delivery, will have a hardcopy mailed to their address on file no later than 1/31/26.  Prior  year 1098T forms are available to students through their TC online Student Portal under Self Service/Student center in the Finance section.
