Enrollment is available on a space-available basis only. The cross-registration form can be found on this page under timetable.

    Undergraduate and graduate students form
    Employee student form
  2. Upon approval by the home institution, submit the completed and signed form to the registrar’s office at the host institution for final submission and approval.
    • If permission from the host school instructor is needed, you may obtain their contact information from the host school’s registrar.

Cross-registration opens after each participating institution has completed their pre-registration for their own students. Generally, it opens around May 1st for the Fall semester and around December 1st for the Spring semester.

Upon approval by the host institution, a copy of your form will be returned to you. Submit a signed copy to your home registrar’s office, so it can be added to your course schedule.  Keep a copy for your records.

Note:

  • You must repeat this process for each course for which you wish to cross-register
