Each year Quest offers students opportunities to experience extended trips during winter, spring or summer breaks.

Spring Break 2026

Quest is returning to the adventure playground of the Red River Gorge during spring break. This 8 day trip will focus to develop students climbing skills by providing a variety of climbing venues around the Daniel Boone National Forest and the surrounding areas of the Red River Gorge. With six days of adventure, students will have ample time to dedicate to skill progression. Some topics may include: traditional gear placement, sport climbing tactics, and movement.

The trip will leave campus early in the morning on Saturday, March 14th to start the long road to Slade, KY. No mater what the weather has in store for the week, there are many places to climb and learn under the overhanging sandstone jugs, pockets and crimps.

Students interested must submit a spring break application and then submit dues for the trip, $50, by Friday, February 6th to the Quest offices in Trinity Commons. Reach out to the Quest Director for more information.

Dates: March 14th – March 21st
