It’s time to vote for the best nest on campus!

Submissions for our first-ever Room of the Year contest are in, and now it’s your turn to help decide who takes the crown. From cozy corners to creative setups, our finalists have shown off some seriously impressive spaces. Check them out and cast your vote for your favorite!

Winners will have the choice of a VISA or Amazon gift card.

  1. Submit up to three (3) photos showcasing your on-campus room. Be sure to fill out the required submission form to complete your entry by Monday, April 14 at 11:59 p.m.
  2. Judging of entries will be completed by a panel comprised of students and staff who will carefully evaluate each submission based on creativity, design, and adherence to contest guidelines. From there, they’ll narrow down the entries to select the finalists who will move on to the final round.
  3. Finalists will be showcased on Trinity’s Instagram and Facebook accounts where the community will vote for their favorite room.
  4. Winners will be contacted to coordinate a photo shoot for an official announcement and prize pickup.
  • This contest is open to all students living in Trinity College-affiliated housing (including cultural houses), and we’ll only judge your actual bedroom—communal spaces like lounges or kitchens aren’t eligible.
  • Rooms must follow Trinity College’s housing policies as outlined in the Student Handbook.
  • Each room can only be submitted once (if you share a one room double, only one entry will be allowed).
  • No people should be in your photos.
  • Entries that don’t comply with these guidelines will be disqualified.

Winners must complete a photo shoot of their room with the Office of Communications and Marketing to obtain their prize.

All photo entries and subsequent photo shoots become the property of Trinity College Office of Communications and Marketing and have the potential to be used in marketing materials.
