Ferris Parking Lot—Offline 6/9 and 6/15

Concrete will be poured on the tennis courts on Tuesday, June 9 (north courts) and Monday, June 15 (south courts). Ferris Parking Lot and surrounding sidewalks will be offline on these days for the pours. Access will be granted to emergency vehicles if needed.

Construction Outside Austin Arts, Raether LITC, and Clement Chemistry

The underground steam pipe replacement project is taking place on the west side of Austin Arts and Raether LITC, as well as the east side of Clement Chemistry. The project will continue through October 2026. Access to Austin Arts, Raether LITC, and Clement Chemistry will remain open throughout the duration of the project.

Summer Utility Work on Vernon Street

From May 18–August 15, 2026, Eversource will be conducting work on Vernon Street as part of the Underground Cable Modernization Program. Access to Vernon Street will be available via Summit Street, however, there will be no on-street parking for the duration of the project. Read on for details.
