With thousands assembled for Trinity College’s 199th Commencement, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont told the Class of 2025, “Every generation has its challenges. I want you to take on those challenges with optimism, because optimism is an energizer, and not fear, because fear is a tranquilizer.”
Alumni, students, parents, and friends joined President Joanne Berger-Sweeney at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Monday, April 28, to celebrate the All In campaign for Trinity College. The memorable event included entertainment by Trinity’s very own Chapel Singers, the Trinitones, and singer-songwriter Rachel Platten ’03.
The Scully Center, a major addition to the George M. Ferris Athletic Center, will serve as a dynamic hub for fitness, recreation, and wellness activities, providing students with the resources they need to thrive physically and mentally. It will be a cornerstone for fostering a vibrant and healthy campus community for years to come.
