Whether you’re staying overnight or visiting for the day, we make it easy for you to get to the College and move around campus.
Uber Transportation for Preferred Hotels
The College partners with Uber to provide transportation to Reunion guests staying at one of the following partner hotels:
Hartford Marriott Downtown
DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly Hilton Hartford)
The Goodwin Hotel
Information about accessing Reunion Weekend Uber transportation will be available in Spring of 2026.
Parking
All on-campus, legal parking spaces are available to Reunion attendees throughout the weekend, unless marked as reserved for handicapped parking or vendor parking. Preference for these parking spaces is given to guests staying on campus and requiring overnight parking.
Additional parking is available all weekend behind the Koeppel Community Sports Center at 175 New Britain Avenue, Hartford.
Guests with a valid handicapped parking tag or license plate may park in any parking space with a permanent handicapped parking sign.
In addition, a designated parking lot will be temporarily reserved for guests with a valid handicapped parking tag or license plate; the specific location will be announced in Spring of 2026.
Certain lots will be reserved for vendor parking during the weekend. Specific locations will be announced in Spring of 2026. Vendor parking passes must be displayed in a dashboard to access these lots.
Please do not park in spaces with signs indicating “Vendor Parking”; these spaces are reserved for our community partners who help make Reunion Weekend possible!
Golf Carts
A fleet of golf carts are available throughout Reunion Weekend to provide guests assistance getting around campus.
Look for signs indicating designated golf cart pickup locations. You may also request a golf cart ride during Reunion Weekend by calling 860-297-2222.
