On-Campus Housing

Below is the tentative pricing information for Reunion Weekend 2027:

$100 per adult
$25 per child ages 3-16
$0 per child under the age of 3

The fee includes a two-night stay (Friday and Saturday) and basic bed and bath linens. Reservations for only Friday or only Saturday are not available. For an additional fee ($25), members of the Class of 1977 may add Thursday night to their reservation.

The College creates a tentative plan for on-campus housing organized by class year based on anticipated reservation numbers and residence hall availability which is subject to change in response to actual reservation numbers per class and residence hall conditions at the conclusion of the academic term.

The residence hall assignments for Reunion Weekend 2027 will be available this winter.

Whenever possible, members of each Reunion class are assigned rooms in the same residence hall. When booking a room, you will also have the opportunity to request specific classmates you’d like to be housed near. The college makes every effort to accommodate mutual requests.

Note that residence halls are communal living spaces; while you may be housed near friends, you may also share space with additional classmates.

Housing assignments are finalized shortly before guests arrive on campus and remain subject to change just prior to the start of the weekend. Due to this, housing assignments are available upon check-in.

An updated guide for planning your stay on campus will be available in the spring. In the meantime, check out our guide from 2026, including a suggested packing list!

Staying in a residence hall on campus is a great option because it is:

  • nostalgic and fun;
  • a quick and convenient “commute” to early morning breakfasts and from late night events on campus;
  • easy to connect with classmates staying nearby before, after, and in between Reunion programming;
  • cost-effective. Since on-campus housing is offered for a flat rate per adult for a two-night stay, with nominal fees for adding a Thursday night check-in (for those who qualify) or children, and discounts for young alumni, it can be significantly more affordable than a hotel stay.

However, residence halls lack many amenities travelers become accustomed to in hotels!

Is privacy a key factor for you?

Residence halls are communal living spaces with shared restrooms and common spaces. When you stay on campus, you will share hallways, restrooms, and living spaces with other Reunion attendees (who you may or may not know).

Is climate control a top priority?

Very few residence halls have air conditioning, and those that do cannot be adjusted by room.

Are you arriving in Hartford very late?

Check-in hours for Reunion conclude at 8:00 p.m. each night.

How much space do you have to pack personal items?

Residence halls are designed for students to furnish for themselves and are outfitted with sparse and basic furniture, lighting, mattresses, window dressings, etc. While the College will provide you with basic bed linens and towels, toiletries and amenities you might expect at a hotel (like soap, shampoo, hair driers, plush bedding, etc.) are not provided.

Do you have specialized health, safety, or accessibility concerns?

The campus is prepared to accommodate common requests like limited stairs, access to refrigeration, etc., but may not have access to rooms that can accommodate complex or specialized requests. Please contact Michelle Deluse at [email protected] before booking a room to confirm if our residence halls can meet your needs.

Campus Parking and Transportation

The College partners with Uber to provide transportation to Reunion guests staying at one of the following partner hotels:

Hartford Marriott Downtown
DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly Hilton Hartford)
The Goodwin Hotel

More information about accessing your Uber voucher will be available in the spring.

General Parking

All on-campus, legal parking spaces are available to Reunion attendees throughout the weekend, unless marked as reserved for handicapped parking or vendor parking. Preference for these parking spaces is given to guests staying on campus and requiring overnight parking.

Additional parking is available all weekend behind the Koeppel Community Sports Center at 175 New Britain Avenue, Hartford.

Accessible Parking

Guests with a valid handicapped parking tag or license plate may park in any parking space with a permanent handicapped parking sign.

In addition, the parking lot and circular driveway in front of The Manuel and Maria Luisa Lopes Borges Admissions Center will be temporarily reserved for guests with a valid handicapped parking tag or license plate.

Vendor Parking

Certain lots will be reserved for vendor parking during the weekend. Specific locations will be announced in Spring of 2027. Vendor parking passes must be displayed in a dashboard to access these lots.

Please do not park in spaces with signs indicating “Vendor Parking”; these spaces are reserved for our community partners who help make Reunion Weekend possible!

A fleet of golf carts are available throughout Reunion Weekend to provide guests assistance getting around campus.

Look for signs indicating designated golf cart pickup locations. You may also request a golf cart ride during Reunion Weekend by calling 860-297-2222.
