Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Given the community’s rapid test results last week, we will proceed to discontinue the PCR surveillance testing beginning this week as previously announced. Any faculty, staff, or student who becomes symptomatic, concerned about a potential exposure, or simply wishes to receive a rapid test can go to the testing center in the Memorial Field House to do so. The testing Center is open M-F from 9:30a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Should you choose to test at home and receive a positive result, we continue to require that you let us know in order to follow proper protocols and quarantine if needed. Students should communicate with Health Services and employees should let HR and their managers know.

While we hope that conditions continue to improve, we are also prepared to readjust testing plans and protocols should cases on campus begin to increase or COVID cases begin to rise locally or nationally again.

Sincerely,

Joe DiChristina, Vice President for Student Success and Enrollment Management
Dan Hitchell, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
