Dear Colleagues,

I wanted to share a few updates/reminders for covid testing and booster requirements.

Covid Testing and Contact Information in Patient Portal

Before your next test, please review and update your contact information in the lab’s patient portal. After logging in, click the “Profile” tab to update your details.  Please include a contact number where you can be reached after normal business hours.  This number will only be used to communicate a positive result. As a reminder, results are available through CareEvolve, and this system uses a different username and password from your standard Trinity credentials. You can reset your password by following the forgot password link on the log-in page.

Employees who have symptoms, are currently positive, or who have tested positive within 90 days should not come to the center to be tested.  If you have symptoms, please obtain a test off campus and contact your health care provider.  Positive results obtained off-campus should be communicated to David.Deresienski@trincoll.edu in Human Resources.

Booster Shot Documentation

Verification of booster shots per the January 13 email are required by February 1, 2022.  If you have not done so, please email proof of your booster to Kathleen.Durante@trincoll.edu as soon as possible.

You will still need to submit proof if you receive the booster at a Trinity clinic.

Information on the Booster Clinics is attached here.  We are currently determining whether to schedule more clinics later in February and will communicate details if/when they are confirmed.
