Agendas and minutes are available to anyone in the Trinity Community, and are accessible via the Council’s SharePoint site: https://trincoll.sharepoint.com/sites/impact  (see Shared Documents section)

An admin SharePoint site is also available containing helpful forms (see Documents section) and an Administrative Manual (see Shared Documents section) with lots of helpful information for any new employees and also comes in handy for those of us who are seasoned campaigners. Please note that the Administrative Manual is currently in the process of being updated due to the many changes on campus over the last several years and a new version should be available Spring 2021 (UPDATE: due to all of the procedural changes because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the modifications to the Administrative Manual have been postponed until processes settle into place and become more stable).

The Non-Exempt Staff Council usually meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m.

The dates for the 2020-2021 meetings are below. All meetings will be held virtually this year. Any non-exempt staff member who wishes to sit in on a meeting should contact Nancy Fleming to request the zoom link for the meeting.
