The Grants Office links Trinity College to outside funders, including all government agencies as well as corporate and private foundations.
The office provides administration and faculty members information and assistance for securing funding to support research and institutional priorities. The Grants Office includes the Office of Faculty Grants and Sponsored Research, which specializes in funding for faculty research projects, and Corporate and Foundation Relations, which focuses more on institutional fund raising.
All proposals for outside funding must be reviewed and approved by the college. In addition to ensuring that grant requests are in agreement with college policies and priorities, the Grants Office can help shape a request to improve its chance for funding. The Grants team has years of experience and can help you present the best possible proposal for your project.
