If something needs to be repaired or serviced, please submit a Facilities Work Order so it can be routed, tracked, and addressed.

Work Orders, Room Reservations and Campus Services
For routine maintenance or repair needs, please submit a Facilities Work Order.

For door or lock repairs, please submit a Technology, Data, and Innovation Work Order and select “Doors and Locks” from the request-type menu.

For room reservations and event support services, please use the Campus Operations EMS Web App.
Please note: You must be connected to the College network through eduroam or VPN access some systems specifically EMS.

Facilities Emergencies
For facilities emergencies such as a flood, fire, power outage, or smell of gas outside regular business hours (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), please call Campus Safety at 860-297-2222.
