Before requesting space on campus, please consult the Gathering Guidelines to ensure that your event meets the standards the College has established for events. The Events and Campus Operations Office will only confirm events that conform to the guidelines

To reserve or browse for a space on campus, please visit  http://reservations.trincoll.edu. The EMS WebApp, a web-based application, provides efficient facilities and services management by allowing the campus community to use a standard Internet browser to view real-time calendars and event schedules. Only College employees are eligible to book space. Please note: if prompted for your user name and password, the format of your user name must be cmpcntr\username(i.e cmpcntr\zsmith).

Certain students (e.g. RAs and TAs) have access to use the EMS WebApp for space requests specific to their roles. Students looking to request space for any other reason should do so through their contact in S.A.I.L.
