After graduating from Trinity in 2007, Allison went on to get her masters in robotics from the GRASP lab at the University of Pennsylvania.   She spent the next 5.5 years in the robotics group at Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Technology Laboratories.  She then moved to Army Research Laboratory where she helped to run a number of major programs.  She is currently on detail to the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology where she leads the Aviation & Weapons portfolios for the ManTech program.
