Here are a few practices to avoid in using the Trinity wordmark. Adhering to these rules will ensure that our wordmarks are recognizable to all audiences.

Do not change the colors of the wordmark beyond those provided.

Do not skew, stretch, or bend the wordmark.

Do not rearrange or truncate the wordmark’s elements.

Do not typeset the college location.

Do not add drop shadows or other visual effects to the word mark.

Do not crop the word mark or place it where it cannot be seen in full.

Do not lock up the work mark with any other marks in the identity system.

Do not place the wordmark on complex backgrounds or other elements with insufficient contrast.

Wordmarks and Spirit Marks No Longer in Use

The following wordmarks and logos are no longer part of the college’s identity system. Please consult our brand guidelines for details on approved wordmarks, spirit marks, and graphic elements. If you have any versions of these wordmarks or spirit marks in your files, please discard them. Contact us if you have questions about whether a wordmark or spirit mark is approved for use.

Note: If your department or office still has items or printed materials with these wordmarks or spirit mark, you may continue using them until it’s time to order new supplies. All new orders of materials will reflect the updated visual identity.

Trinity spirit T no longer in use

While the spirit T is still in use, any version with a name or title displayed across the T is no longer permitted.
