Sarah Bollinger Ed.D

Executive Director

Sarah Bollinger, Ed.D., serves as Executive Director, providing strategic leadership to integrate career development into the academic experience and advance student success. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, she specializes in career education, experiential learning, faculty partnerships, and employer and alumni engagement. Previously, she held progressive leadership roles at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business, where she developed innovative career-readiness programs, expanded internship opportunities, and built partnerships connecting students’ academic learning with professional experiences. Sarah holds an Ed.D. in Workplace Learning from Northeastern University and is passionate about preparing students to navigate an evolving workforce and pursue meaningful, purposeful careers.

Hello, I’m Lisel! As a Career and Life Design Coach, I support students by meeting with them 1-1, to learn who they are as a person and what they hope to achieve in their time at Trinity and following graduation. By developing this personal relationship, I can assist students with navigating the college transition, identifying potential internships and careers, and provide guidance as they develop the skills sets necessary to create a successful path forward.
