The Office of Communications and Marketing is your partner in communicating events and information to the campus community. Here some resources to get you started.

Trinity Today—on the web and in your inbox

Trinity Today is the college’s internal communications site for announcements, events, and college news. A complementary Trinity Today email is delivered daily to faculty, staff, and students, which contains announcements, the events for that day, and a small selection of upcoming events. Click here for information on publishing announcements.

Publicizing events

Campus events are publicized using the college’s online events calendar, and they are distributed daily to the campus via the Trinity Today email.  In order for an event to be added to the calendar and included in the Trinity Today email, it must be booked in EMS through the college’s reservation system. Any member of the faculty or staff who is a trained in LiveWhale—the system that powers the events calendar—is able to log into the calendar and publish their events. If you’d like to receive training, contact the Office of Communications and Marketing, and we’ll get you started. Students wishing to publish their events can contact the Office of Communications for assistance.

The Office of Communications and Marketing also offers design consultation and services to academic departments and administrative offices throughout the college. If you’d like guidance or assistance with developing printed or digital materials to promote your event, we can help.

Trinity Campus Weekly

This weekly e-newsletter is delivered to faculty, staff, and students on Friday mornings. It contains news about the life of the college and the accomplishments of our campus community. Content does not include promotional material (upcoming events, activities, or deadlines). If you have a story idea or a photo that you think would be a good fit for the newsletter, email the Office of Communications and Marketing to submit your idea for consideration.
