Monthly Tuition Payment Plan Option in Nelnet for Fall 2025

For students or families who wish to budget tuition payments for the Fall 2025 term, the OPEN ENROLLMENT on Trinity’s Nelnet Campus Commerce platform for domestic (US bank accounts) and international (non-US bank accounts) will be available 5/30/2025 through 7/25/2025.  Students must set parents up as authorized payers on the Nelnet Campus Commerce site to allow them access to monthly payment plan option. 

Please note: Previous term payment plans on Nelnet do not automatically renew.

New and returning students setting up the plan during Open Enrollment should use 2025-2026 Tuition & Fees* for term costs.  If applicable, and when an anticipated Financial Aid package has not yet been received, the Spring 2025 FinAid amounts may be used as an estimate. Subtract any anticipated Financial Aid and other outside award amounts from the total cost.  Adjustments to the established monthly payment plan can be made after the official E-bill for the Fall 2025 Term is issued by contacting the Student Accounts office. Bills for the Fall 2025 Term will be sent out around 7/1/2025.

All payment plans are set up as 5 automatic payments if enrolled between 5/30/25 through 6/3/25 with the first installment and $30 non-refundable enrollment fee paid on June 5, 2025.

Enrollment AFTER 6/3/25, will require payment of the enrollment fee and a system-calculated 20% down payment. Enrollment AFTER 6/25/2025, will require payment of the enrollment fee and a system-calculated 40% down payment.  All future payments are scheduled on the 5^th of each consecutive month through October 5, 2025.
