Application and Documentation Requirements
Academic Accommodations
To apply, please email [email protected] and request an intake appointment. At the time of the meeting you will apply by following this link https://sierra.accessiblelearning.com/TrinColl/ Please allow for up to 10 business days for processing. If approved for ADA accommodations, students must allow adequate time for professor notification and implementation. Once an application is submitted the applicant will be asked to upload supporting documentation. When indicated, staff at the Counseling and Wellness Center, as well as the Health Center, will evaluate supporting educational or medical documentation submitted with the request for accommodations and identify the appropriate accommodations. After documentation is carefully reviewed, SARC will contact the applicant by email and update them on their application.

Student Life Accommodations (including Housing and Meal Plan):
In addition to Academic accommodations, students are able to apply for Student Life accommodations. Common requests include housing, parking, meal plan changes. Please visit this link and click on “Submit your application to receive accommodation from the Student Accessibility Resource Center.” As with Academic accommodations, Student Life accommodation requests require supporting documentation that is sometimes reviewed by the Counseling and Wellness Center and/or Health Center. In addition, there are times when staff from Chartwells will be consulted for meal plan related accommodations.
