November 8, 2021

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

Thank you to everyone who responded to our survey about your interest in receiving a COVID-19 booster through an on-campus clinic. Close to 700 members of our community indicated that they would like to receive a booster on campus. Therefore, we are offering four clinics on November 18, 19, 20, and 22 in the Rittenberg Lounge in Mather Hall from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. each day. Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is sponsoring the clinics. All members of our Trinity College community are eligible to receive a booster and can take part in one of our clinics. All participants are required to register/schedule a time by using the following links:

Pfizer Registration Link: https://opensched.mychartplus.org/opensched/SignupAndSchedule/EmbeddedSchedule?id=1179174&dept=101141206&vt=5990

Moderna Registration Link: https://opensched.mychartplus.org/opensched/SignupAndSchedule/EmbeddedSchedule?id=1179175&dept=101141206&vt=5990

The Johnson & Johnson/Janssen booster will not be available at this clinic.

According to the CDC, individuals can mix and match dosing for booster shots. When you arrive at the clinic, please be prepared to show your Trinity ID card and an insurance card. If you do not have insurance, you can still receive the vaccine at no cost.

Please complete your registration by Thursday, November 11. This will help HHC order the right number of doses and supplies.

If you have medical questions about the booster shot, please contact the Health Center at 860-297-2018

Sincerely,

Joe DiChristina, Vice President for Student Success and Enrollment Management
Jason Rojas, Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President for External Relations
