Greenberg Fellows’ Projects and Partnerships

Through collaboration with Greater Hartford Interfaith Action Alliance (GHIAA), Greenberg Fellows Surya Rai ’25 and Grace Sullivan ’25 researched the intersections between interfaith grassroots organizing, environmental injustices in Connecticut, and different religious groups responses to the environmentalism. They presented their work on May 6, 2025 to the Asylum Hill Congregational Church’s Climate Team.
For her project, Anna Szesnat ’26 created a beautiful digital archive of Religion in the News, the Greenberg Center’s longtime publication under director emeritus Mark Silk. Check it out here: https://religioninthenewsdigitalarchive.wordpress.com/about/
We are excited to announce a partnership with The Official Royal House of Sori and the Root Nine Foundation to engage students in the archival research of the path of Prince Abdulrahman Ibrahima ibn Sori in Connecticut. You can read more about it here.
