We accept students on a rolling bases. Because of the limited space in the program, we encourage students to apply early.

Semester Information

Cumulative GPA: 2.8
OPEN TO: Both Trinity and visiting students who are juniors or seniors in good academic and social standing at their home institution.
LANGUAGE PRE-REQ: None
TRINITY STUDENTS ONLY: Meet with the Signature Program Advisor before the application deadline. Applications will not be reviewed until this is completed.
VISITING STUDENTS ONLY: Official Transcript & Home School Approval from your Study Abroad adviser/office

The Trinity/La MaMa Performing Arts program enrolls between 8 – 12 students each semester. Spaces are limited. Students will be notified if they have been placed on a wait list.

Overview

The Trinity/La MaMa Performing Arts Program, established in 1986, is an innovative program that utilizes the landscape and history of New York City to provide a total immersion experience in the unique and vibrant theater, dance, and performance communities.

Academics

The Trinity/La MaMa Performing Arts Program combines academic seminars with field learning to give students valuable experience in the Performing Arts.

Housing & Campus

Trinity/La MaMa student housing is a short walk to Central Park and Museum Mile and close to convenient public transit options.

Experiential Learning

Guest artists, practice classes and field work are all an integral part of the Trinity/La MaMa Performing Arts Program curriculum
