Benny Bauer, Digital Media Librarian

Margaret Vaughn, Associate Director of Alumni Relations

I am eager to serve on the Exempt Staff Council because I believe in the importance of fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment at Trinity College. My previous experience in museum education has equipped me with the skills necessary to build and manage diverse programs, facilitate communication, and advocate for various constituencies. In my current role, I have successfully recruited, trained, and evaluated volunteers, docents, and interns, while also securing significant funding for educational initiatives. My work has involved developing long-range goals, organizing large-scale events, and ensuring the effective collaboration of multiple stakeholders.

Serving on the Exempt Staff Council would allow me to leverage these skills to enhance communication across campus, advocate for the needs and rights of exempt staff, and contribute to the development of policies that impact our community. I am committed to supporting Trinity College’s mission and believe that my background in education, program management, and community engagement would make me a valuable addition to the council.
