Post-Commencement Celebrations
Join Trinity administrators, faculty, and staff, as well as your fellow graduates, their families, and guests for a special afternoon of celebration right here on campus.
The College hosts a post-Commencement Celebration on the Grass Practice Field following the ceremony. Graduates, their families, and guests are encouraged to attend and bid farewell to faculty and staff, friends, and classmates. In addition to the College reception, some graduates and their families choose to rent a tent and sponsor their own individual post-Commencement celebration.
To sponsor an individual post-Commencement celebration:
- Carefully read through the Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Guide.
- Gather information required on the online application:
- Student and parent/guardian sponsor name, email, and cell phone
- Names of all Trinity graduates who will contribute to your celebration
- Approximate number of guests expected
- Preferred tent size
- Complete the online Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Application.
Once approved, student and parent/guardian sponsors will receive an Individual Post-Commencement Celebration Agreement and links to purchase a certificate of insurance (COI) and submit payment. The signed agreement, COI, and payment must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 29.
The final Post-Commencement Celebration Map will be posted online here and emailed to all student and parent/guardian hosts on Wednesday, May 14.
