PBPL-850 Women, Leadership, and Public Policy brings Trinity graduate students on a journey of self reflection and growth to learn leadership skills that will inspire them to achieve success in both professional and personal life. Students will examine the issues and barriers facing women in leadership and learn strategies for handling them. Students will develop emotional intelligence, confidence, and communication skills to lead effectively through empathy, collaboration, self-awareness, and innovation.
