This course is a comprehensive introduction to the key terms and concepts used to describe and analyze the film experience. It also offers a series of mind-expanding cinephile encounters with the full range of film history from the silent era to the latest in contemporary cinema. The weekly screenings feature certified all-time classics such as THE GOLD RUSH, CITIZEN KANE, THE SEVEN SAMURAI, JAWS and DILWALE DULHANIYA LE JAYENGE.
