Celebrate Black History Month with Watkinson Library’s new exhibit “No Subject More Important”: Food in Black History. The exhibit–on view in the Scheuch Atrium exhibit cases adjacent to the LIS and IT Help Desk–is divided into three sections titled “Food and Racial Uplift,” “Food as Racial Justice,” and “Food and Racial Remembering” and features work by George Washington Carver, the Black Panther Party, and Toni Morrison.
The exhibit will be on view in the Raether Library and Information Center through March 2022.
