Deadline to Declare a Major for the Class of 2026

Students in the Class of 2026 must declare a major by March 29th.

This is a reminder that members of the Class of 2026, current sophomores, are required to declare a major by March 29, 2024.

The Major Declaration form may be found and filled out online here: https://forms.trincoll.edu/major-declaration/. In order to declare a major, you will first need to make an appointment with the department or program chair of your intended major.  The chair will discuss the major with you, approve the form, and assign you a new academic advisor.

Students who haven’t declared a major by March 29th will have an NOM hold placed on their record, which will prevent advance registration in April.
