SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACTS VIA AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT TO KATHY MALLINSON ([email protected])
Email the following information to me in Times New Roman font size 12 in the order listed below:
1) TITLE OF YOUR ABSTRACT (IN ALL CAPS)
2) Authors in order of appearance including class year of each author (example: Kathy Mallinson ’13; Alison Draper ’13)
3) Trinity Faculty Sponsor(s)
4) Non-Trinity Sponsor(s), if any
5) Abstract (justified)

Poster printing vendor & guidelines: Submit poster by THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 12
If you choose to have your poster printed in large-scale, please follow these instructions:
Trinity’s preferred poster printing vendor is Merritt Graphics. You can upload your poster file here –
Upload Files to Joseph Merritt and Company Online Planroom: https://www.merrittplanroom.com/upload
In the Contact Name field, include your name and your professor’s name (e.g. Kathy Mallinson/Alison Draper)
In the Job Name field, use your department and the word symposium (e.g. neuroscience symposium) so that Merritt knows the poster is part of this event.
In the Additional Comments field, please specify your paper preference: 24# (lower quality, lower cost) or 8 mil satin (higher quality, higher cost).
Upload file as pdf (preferred) or PowerPoint and set the slide size appropriately (24 in x 36 in recommended for Research Symposium).
Posters will be delivered by Merritt to the campus post office.
