Air Conditioning Repair Beginning May 24

During the course of transitioning the campus from heating to air conditioning, Facilities Services discovered a leak in a pipe that affects air conditioning to the Life Sciences Center and the Mathematics, Engineering, and Computer Science Center.

Repairs are expected to begin on Monday, May 24, and the work will be located in the LSC parking lot that is currently closed. Unfortunately, this work delays the start of air conditioning service to the two affected buildings. The repair is expected to be completed as quickly as possible, and we will update the community if significant delays are added.

We apologize for the inconvenience of these repairs to members of the community, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to mitigate the impact and restore full service as quickly as possible. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact Campus Safety at 860-297-2222.
