Adyanna Odom: Lead Organizer

Hi my name is Adyanna and I’m a sophomore here at Trinity. I am the lead organizer for this year’s festival. I joined Temple because Hip-Hop has been an essential part of my life. From growing up and my mom banging Tupac and DJ Screw to middle school lunchroom freestyles, Hip-Hop found itself in every aspect of my life.

Renita Washington: Treasurer

Neema Kimondo: Graffiti Coordinator + Social MediaHey guys! My name is Neema Kimondo and I am a rising junior studying Psychology. For Temple of Hip Hop, I function as the social media chair. Outside of social media, I work alongside the talented Linda Luz (@aiir.is), our graffiti community partner, to ensure that everything graffiti/ art-related runs smoothly during the festival. I joined the Trinity Chapter of Temple of Hip Hop because I deeply resonate with the message of cultivating world peace through creativity. Along with this, the element of graffiti is something that stood out to me because of my own history with art.

Irene Fernandez: MAC Liaison + Social Media

Hey everyone! My name is Irene Fernandez and I am from Los Angeles, CA. I am currently a junior and a Human Rights and Film Studies major. In Temple, I function as the MAC Liaison. In addition to this role, I am also a part of the social media team with Neema and Evan. I joined Temple because of my interest in Hip-Hop and the rich history it has and because Temple of Hip-Hop does such a great job of showing the various elements of Hip Hop that reach all around the world.

As a DJ, my music taste spreads across so many genres, but of course, I’m in love with the slow jams. Be on the lookout for some fire from Temple this year!

My name is Hendrick and I’m a Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Sociology double major at Trinity College. Some of my other involvement on campus has been Eros, AASA, and the Underground Coffeehouse. I joined Temple because of how much music means to me. I understand myself as a very queer person and I’ve often used music and creating playlists as a way of reflecting myself. As a sophomore, I decided that it was time to dedicate more of my artistic life to Temple of Hip Hop.
