Connect to a Mac Office Computer
Use this if you have a Mac computer in your campus office and want to access it from your personal computer at home. We recommend using Windows App for Mac, which replaced the discontinued Apple Remote Desktop. This page provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring Windows App to establish a secure connection to your Mac office computer.
Connect to a Windows Office Computer from a Mac
Use this if your campus office computer runs Windows and you are working from a personal Mac at home. Windows App has replaced Microsoft Remote Desktop and provides a streamlined way to connect. Find instructions for downloading, configuring, and connecting to your Windows PC from a Mac.
Connect to a Windows Office Computer from a Windows Device
Use this if both your campus office computer and your home computer run Windows. Microsoft Remote Desktop is built into Windows and allows you to securely access your office machine, files, and applications as if you were sitting at your desk.
