Kristen is a key member of the College’s senior administration, providing leadership of the merged LITS organization. She collaborates with fellow Executive Leadership Team members, as well as with faculty, staff, and students, to advance the strategic goals of the College.

Operations

Provides the planning, coordination, and administrative support that keeps TDI running efficiently. The team oversees budgeting, purchasing, project coordination, vendor relationships, and operational processes that support the division’s work.

Courtney joined the LITS division in 2023 and is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the RLITC facility, as well as office support for the Library and Information Technology Services. Prior to Trinity, she worked in the museum field at both the Wadsworth Atheneum and the Connecticut Science Center.

Provides data, reporting, and analytics that support informed decision-making across the College. The team develops dashboards, reports, and data solutions that help departments understand trends, measure outcomes, and plan for the future.

Paige joined the ASIC team in October of 2024, to support strategic efforts to synthesize data across Trinity’s systems. She is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to provide in-depth evaluations for campus partners in support of data-informed decision-making.

Data Solutions

Designs and manages systems that collect, integrate, and organize institutional data. This team helps ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and available to support reporting, business processes, and decision-making.

Brian is an innovative data professional passionate about higher education, focused on advancing the College’s analytical, assessment, and planning capabilities. He plays a key role in developing and improving the tools, data sets, and analyses used to support decision-making by College leadership.

Institutional Research

Collects, analyzes, and reports institutional data to support strategic planning, accreditation, assessment, and compliance. The office provides accurate, timely information that helps the College evaluate its effectiveness and make evidence-based decisions.

Enterprise Applications & Integrations

Supports the College’s core business applications and the connections between them. The team manages enterprise systems, develops integrations, and works to ensure information flows securely and efficiently across campus technologies.

Patrick is a Systems Manager for the Enterprise Applications Group, providing in-depth functional analysis and support for PeopleSoft systems and related applications. Patrick also leads special projects, including technology upgrades, and consulting with users, implementations of new systems capabilities to enhance productivity and efficiency. Patrick joined Information Technology Services in 1999.

Pete joined Information Technology Services in November 2006. His responsibilities include technical support for Trinity’s PeopleSoft systems. His prior position was at the Hartford Insurance Company where he was a PeopleSoft Developer on their Financials system. He has been in the IT field since 1983 working in various industries such as banking, retail, and insurance.

She has been in the information technology field since 1989 and has been working with PeopleSoft for the last 14 years. Before joining Trinity, Latha worked at Travelers Insurance as an Information Engineer supporting PeopleSoft Financials.

The team provides instructional technology support, digital scholarship expertise, makerspace resources, AI initiatives, and opportunities to explore emerging technologies.

Dave has been at Trinity since 1999 and is currently the Head of Digital Campus. He teaches courses on drone technology and enjoys exploring ways to integrate emerging technologies such as virtual/augmented reality, 3d modeling and making into the Liberal Arts curriculum.

Academic Technology

Works collaboratively with faculty to enhance teaching and learning through the effective use of technology. The team provides instructional design support, training, consultations, and guidance on educational technologies, online learning, artificial intelligence, and digital pedagogy.

Prior to starting at Trinity, Matt worked in EdTech and higher education for 10 years in roles related to new software implementation and training. Client Experience

Serves as the primary point of contact for technology support at Trinity. The LIT Desk assists faculty, staff, and students with technology questions, troubleshooting, account access, and connecting users with the right resources.

Supports classrooms, events, and campus spaces with audio-visual technology, multimedia production, and technology-enhanced learning environments. The team helps ensure that technology works seamlessly for teaching, presentations, and special events.

Ron came to Trinity after spending time at an A-V rental house and has been at Trinity since 2003.

Distributed Computing

Provides technology support directly to academic and administrative departments across campus. The team assists with computers, software, devices, and local technology needs while serving as a trusted partner within their assigned areas.

Protects the College’s digital environment by safeguarding systems, data, and user accounts. The team promotes cybersecurity awareness, manages security risks, and helps ensure compliance with industry best practices.
