Welcome to BoodleBox

BoodleBox is a collaborative AI platform where people can explore, and work with AI in one shared space. Instead of using just one chatbot, BoodleBox brings together multiple AI tools, shared chats, file uploads, and custom bots to support a wide range of goals. What Is BoodleBox?

BoodleBox is more than a chatbot. It is a place where faculty, students, and staff can explore AI in ways that support their work. Whether you are new to AI, unsure how it fits into your work, or already experimenting with it, BoodleBox gives you space to try different AI models, upload course materials or project documents, and create custom bots for specific kinds of support. You can also work with others in shared chats, making it easier to ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn together. By helping you organize and share your AI work in one place, BoodleBox supports a more practical, transparent, and collaborative approach to using AI in a college setting.

BoodleBox makes AI more useful, organized, and collaborative. It helps people:

BoodleBox works best when AI is used as a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment. Always review important information, verify facts, and use your own expertise to make final decisions.

How to Get Access

This process can take up to 24 hours. Please plan accordingly.

It is easy to create your account with BoodleBox but there are a couple of steps you need to follow.

  • To get started request access to the BoodleBox group via the Microsoft page here.
  • It usually takes a few hours for your access to be granted but it can take as much as 24hs so please plan accordingly. You will receive an email from BoodleBox support letting you know when your account is ready and then you can login with your Trinity credentials.  
  • Once logged in make sure you go to Preferences under your Personal Settings to select your role (student/faculty/staff) to see the most relevant tools.

There are several opportunities available for training. There are general trainings to orient you to the platform, but also additional opportunities for more in-depth training.   • Foundational AI Fluency with BoodleBox for Teaching and Learning
    September 17, 2026
    12:15-1:15pm ET
    A foundational session for faculty who want a jargon-free understanding of what BoodleBox can contribute to the classroom. Attendees explore prompting, hallucination, AI limitations, and BoodleBox features alongside practical examples relevant to higher education teaching and learning. Participants leave with enough fluency to make informed decisions about integrating BoodleBox AI in their own teaching context.
  • Foundational AI Fluency with BoodleBox for Workflow Support
    September 24, 2026
    2-3:30pm ET Join via Zoom, Add to calendar
    This is for those in an administrative role, whether staff or faculty, and is focused on administrative using BoodleBox to improve workflows. The session includes a hands-on orientation to BoodleBox. Participants develop workflow ideas that could benefit from BoodleBox AI integration and leave with the ability to test and implement their AI-integrated workflow beyond the session. Examples of potential AI-integrated workflows: content curation, grant writing assistance, synthesizing feedback into reports, custom bots for institutional compliance, automating travel and expense policy inquiries, cross-department collaboration projects, etc. Anyone is welcome to attend. To get the most of the session, bring one or two workflow pain points that you encounter on a regular basis.
  • Bot Design Using BoodleBox Custom Bot Builder
    October 12, 2026
    2-3:30pm ET Join via Zoom, Add to calendar
    During this session, attendees will learn about use cases where custom bots built in BoodleBox support your work. Attendees can build a custom bot to address their own unique needs during the session or follow along to learn how bots are constructed and how prompting and critical thinking skills are part of quality bot design. Attendees will leave with an exercise to complete before the next day’s session.
  • Classroom and Assignment Development within BoodleBox
    October 13, 2026
    2-3:30pm ET Join via Zoom, Add to calendar
    This session builds upon the previous day’s Bot Design session and the completed post-session exercise. Attendees explore how to build AI-resilient assignments as well as AI-integrated assignments that increase, not diminish, student learning. Participants emerge from the session with hands-on experience they can use for assignment redesign.
