Join us for a jump-start on designing your Trinity experience and preparing to navigate college successfully!

The Summit-to-Success (S2S) Scholars Program is a high-impact, cohort-based program designed to support new students’ successful transitions and academic engagement in college.

S2S Scholars will identify their innate strengths and talents, begin to build their campus eco-system, practice Design-Thinking skills, and learn to connect the dots between foundational competencies, co-curricular experiences, and the development of a current and future life plan.

Interactive, dynamic workshops, outings, and activities will be led by Trinity Faculty, S2S peer mentors, and staff from key departments. Students will be guided through self-assessments and design thinking practices, connected with advisers and coaches for college success skills and strategies, and invited early to immerse themselves in the cultivation of Trinity’s campus resource network, while designing a preliminary first-year plan.

As a previous member of the S2S orientation program, I found it extremely helpful and shaping for my time here at Trinity. I take the lessons I learned from S2S through the ups and downs of my college experience and the connections I made during that one week still hold strong today

2025 S2S Scholars Participant

S2S is always such a special way to begin each school year . . . I’ve gotten the privilege to be mentored by and mentor with amazing leaders at Trinity.

2026 S2S Scholars Participant

My experience in S2S showed me the kind of community that is special to Trinity College. Even though I arrived on campus not knowing anyone closely, I did not stay that way long.
