Stellic Icons

In March 2026, Stellic introduced updated icons throughout the audit to make it easier to understand the status of each course at a glance. These changes are designed to bring additional clarity and consistency to the audit experience.

Icon	Description
	The course/requirement has been completed. These are already taken and passed classes, or requirements that are completely fulfilled. These will remain the same in the official and planned audit.
	The course or requirement is in progress.
	A registered course in a future term, or a requirement with a future registered course.
	A registered course on a waitlist, or a requirement with a waitlisted course
	A planned course, or a requirement with a planned course.
	A remaining course or requirement. If a number appears in the box, that indicates how many courses remain to fulfill the requirement.
	Any course or requirement that is optional.
	A completed milestone.
	A remaining milestone.
	A planned milestone.

Icon	Description
	A course is counting toward multiple requirements. Hover over the icon to see how the course is double counting.
	A course is being used as an equivalent to the required course.
	Informational note about the course (e.g., Course was taken but was not required)
	Additional information that requires attention (e.g., Course was taken but grade requirement was not met)
	Course is fulfilling a parent requirement and may appear in multiple locations.
