The Trinity College Board of Trustees voted this semester to approve tenure, promotions, and status changes for several faculty members. Six faculty members were awarded tenure, three were promoted to full professor, and nine retiring faculty members have been granted emeriti status.

In her letter to the Trinity community following the Board’s February 2024 meeting, Trinity College President Joanne Berger-Sweeney said, “Our faculty is at the heart of designing—and leading—a distinctive, relevant liberal arts education built for the 21st century. We can’t celebrate their scholarship and teaching achievements enough.”
