The Trinity College Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) fosters a collaborative community of teacher-scholars dedicated to excellence and innovation in undergraduate education. Through workshops, consultations, and collaborative programs, the CTL supports faculty at all career stages and appointment types in developing evidence-based and creative approaches to teaching in the liberal arts environment. 

The CTL envisions a Trinity community where faculty learn from one another, approach teaching as a scholarly and evolving practice, and continually innovate to promote student learning and engagement.
