For your convenience, the College arranges blocks of discounted rooms at local hotels for major on-campus events. For Fall Weekend 2026, rooms are available for Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24.
Rooms in the hotel blocks below are available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Note that demand for hotel rooms in the area is high, so consider booking early!

Getting to Campus
Parking
On-Campus Parking
On-campus, legal parking spaces are available to attendees throughout the weekend unless marked as reserved for a specific audience. A detailed parking map will be available prior to the weekend.
Accessible Parking
ADA-accessible parking is available in various locations on campus and is reserved for guests with disabled parking permits. Guests parking in ADA-accessible spaces who require assistance moving to and from events on campus may request a golf cart by calling Campus Safety Dispatch: 860-297-2222
Golf Cart Service
Golf cart service will be available throughout the day on Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24. More details about the golf cart service will be available closer to the weekend.
