Mohammad Ali, Class of ’25 Hometown: Islamabad, Pakistan Majors: Economics, Applied Math Co-Curriculars: Men of Color Alliance (Co-President), Quest Leader, Budget Committee, Interfaith Fellow, TC Student Investment Fund (Analyst), Q-Center Tutor, Chapel Assistant (Communications), Club Soccer Fun Fact: I changed my middle name from the one I was assigned at birth at the age of 3! Why Trinity: I chose Trinity because I wanted to be in a relatively small and tight knit community where I could make a measurable difference through my engagement and leadership. |

Grace Fangmann, Class of ’26 Hometown: Chicago, IL Majors: Educational Studies, English (Creative Writing) Co-Curriculars: Quirks A Capella, Trinity College Cheer Team, Trinity Homelessness Project, Alpha Chi Omega (VP of New Member Education), Psychology Research, Theatre – Cinderella and Hamlet, Teaching Mentor Internship at Bellizzi Dual Language Academy, Chapel Singers, Sigma Tau Delta E-Board (English Honor Society) Fun Fact: I trained to be a professional dancer for fifteen years, and when I was a kid my dream job was to be a Rockette! Why Trinity: I knew I wanted a liberal arts experience for undergrad. From the small class sizes, the involved and passionate professors, the vibrant social life, I knew that Trinity would be the perfect place for me to build the academic basis for all of my career goals. |

Aya Laachfoubi, Class of ’26 Hometown: Casablanca, Morocco Major: Biochemistry Co-Curriculars: Chemistry Peer Tutor, Volunteer at Hartford Hospital Fun Fact: I am fluent in 5 languages! Why Trinity: In high school, while applying to study in Europe like my peers, I knew deep down it wasn’t my desired destination. Introduced by mutual friends, I met an alum who had just graduated. They spoke so highly of their time at Trinity, emphasizing it as the most fulfilling four years of their life. Their genuineness was all I needed to be convinced! |

Nichole Neiva, Class of ’26 Hometown: Salisbury, CT Major: Philosophy Co-Curriculars: Pre-Med Club, Philosophy Club, EMT volunteer, Hartford Hospital Volunteer, Transfer Admissions Ambassador Fun Fact: I am passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts and physical activities as well as traveling! Why Trinity: I began my academic journey at a large university but very quickly realized that the environment did not align with my learning style. During my campus visit and interview at Trinity, the sense of community, support, and genuine kindness from both the faculty and students was evident, and the perfect place to call home. |

Halanda Nguyen, Class of ’26 Hometown: Danbury, CT Major: Neuroscience (Pre-Med track) Co-Curriculars: Executive Vice President of SGA (Student Government Association), Co-President and Social Chair of Asian American Student Association (AASA), Neuroscience Research Fun Fact: Despite being lactose intolerant, I’m a Vietnamese Coffee addict! Why Trinity: I love being able to explore Hartford in my free time, and being located near many amazing hospitals and research facilities allows me to have many cool research opportunities! |

Junny Nguyen, Class of ’26 Hometown: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Major: Neuroscience Co-Curriculars: Neuroscience Club, Trinity Chemical Society, Psychology Club, UG Barista, Trinfo Volunteer, Career and Life Design Center Intern, Neuroscience Research Fun Fact: I love K-pop and cover K-pop dances! Why Trinity: Trinity was one of the few liberal arts colleges offering neuroscience, and provided one of the most appealing financial aid packages among those I received. |

Hanna Saffi, Class of ’26 Hometown: Asuncion, Paraguay Major: Computer Science Co-Curriculars: Computer Science Club (Developer), Cybersecurity Internship with LITS, Afrovibe Club (Keyboardist) Fun Fact: I have a turtle named Oreo! Why Trinity: It was the perfect place for me to major in CS, while continue pursuing my passion for music, doing a minor, and also joining clubs and organizations! |

Madison Thompson, Class of ’25 Hometown: Derby, CT Majors: Music, French Studies Co-Curriculars: Chapel Singers, Assistant Chapel Organist, Organ Scholar at St. Patrick-Anthony Parish Hartford, Club Frisbee Fun Fact: I studied music and French in Paris for 6 months! Why Trinity: Trinity stood out to me because it offers the chance to study two different majors that can be combined through opportunities such as study abroad. The city of Hartford also stood out to me as it offers work opportunities that align with my music studies. |

Why Trinity: I was always looking forward to attending a small liberal arts school with close connections between students and professors. I was planning to major in Political Science and Trinity’s location in Hartford, Connecticut’s capital city, offers great internship opportunities that allow you to gain practical experiences! |
